ICENV 2010 will be the third milestone in this series from ICENV 2006 and ICENV 2008 which were successfully held also in Penang. ICENV 2010 will be a large technical event on environment focusing on the profound impact to the green and sustainable development for the benefits of bottom billions. ICENV 2010 will provide a stimulating forum for scientists, engineers, educators, environmentalists and students from all over the world to disseminate their new research findings and exchange information on emerging areas of research in the emerging fields of environment. ICENV 2010 will also serve as a platform for the participants to get in touch with their peers who share similar research interest. I hope that this event would be a memorable one for you.
